Episode Context

As the series premiere, this episode exists solely to establish the world of Ninjutsu Academy, its core cast, and the comedic tone that will define every episode going forward. There is no preceding context, this is ground zero for Rantarou, Kirimaru, and Shinbei's long-running misadventures. It sets the stage for an episodic structure of school-life gags and ninja training chaos that subsequent episodes will expand upon with increasingly absurd scenarios.
