Sebenernya episode ini keren banget, intro dan first impression-nya juga kuat. Efek, background, visual, dan konsep ceritanya menurutku menarik, sayangnya pacing-nya terlalu cepat dan langsung pakai dua sudut pandang, jadi agak bikin bingung. Di akhir memang mulai ada sedikit penjelasan, tapi misterinya masih banyak dan bikin penasaran. Pas rewatch, aku baru sadar gerakan beberapa karakter utama terasa agak awkward karena sepertinya dibuat dengan metode animasi yang berbeda. Overall, aku tetap bakal lanjut nonton karena konsep ceritanya punya potensi besar dan first impression-nya benar-benar menjanjikan.

It's 3D animated which some people might not prefer but I find the use of a lower FPS for the character animation in comparison to the 24 FPS of the camara movements and FX a very cool artistic choice. The style is really good too. Story wise I think it's a very solid setting piece that establishes the world excellently and sets all the character conflicts in motion. It doesn't shy away from throwing action right at the start so you understand what you're getting into.

The pacing was fast with a heavy amount of information to keep up with. First impressions were a bit underwhelming. The 3D graphics looked awkward compared to the usual 2D anime style. There were so many characters in one episode that it was hard to remember each name, and I kind of regret wanting to continue to the next episode...
