Episode Context

As Episode 27 of 27, 'Drive Chapter' closes out the entire run of Nekojiru Gekijou Jirujiru Original, following 'Hide-and-Seek Chapter' which continued the show's pattern of mining childhood games for unsettling comedic effect. This is the series' final word, there is no setup for what comes next, only a last dispatch from Nyako and Nyatta's bizarre, boundary-pushing world. Completionists and fans who've ridden the full anthology will find this a natural, tonally consistent endpoint.
