This episode is about the cat starting to play all over in the home. The uncle's mind is still human, but his body acts like a cat. It's funny and a little understandable for pet owners to see him suddenly chase items.

Oji-san was called a genius when in reality he actually doesn't know much. He should work harder to be a cat to reap all of its benefits. Need more cat knowledge. And I agree, I'd expect a cat to walk all over the laptop - that much is obvious!
