Episode Context

At episode 15 of 26, the season hits its structural midpoint, and the stakes are escalating fast. The class arrives at a distorted, ruined Mahora Academy following their escape from a Welsh castle, meaning the familiar home base is now the source of dread rather than safety. This episode plants the questions that the back half of the season will be forced to answer, with the next episode shifting focus to the dynamic between Asuna and Ayaka as interpersonal tensions surface under pressure.
