Episode Context

Coming off Episode 12's contract chaos involving Yue, capped by the memorable Chupacabra fallout, Episode 13 escalates the consequences as Negi's secret identity faces broader exposure within the class. This is the season's pivot point, where the earlier comedy of provisional contracts and magical mishaps begins shading into something with higher stakes, directly setting the stage for the developments that unfold in Episode 14.
