A very calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout. It reminded me of one of the first anime I ever watched, My Neighbor Totoro, especially because of the strong Japanese folklore elements. The story feels like the kind that gradually develops over a long period of time. HAHAHAHAHA, he definitely deserved that one. These kinds of emotional developments always get to me. Such a beautiful message, genuinely captivating. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to watch the entire series without shedding a few tears. Hahaha. At this point, though, I’m definitely planning to watch it all.

It keeps the show's soft, lovely art style. The writing relies on a very predictable yet cozy formula. A simple spirit story at the beginning, which then shines by focusing on a human story. The split structure hurts the flow, but it's still connected.
