EPISODE REVIEWS

good episode

You can really tell Itachi is on another level because he just shrugged off Jiraiya and that giant toad stomach jutsu like it was nothing

Episode Context

Picking up directly from the escalating Sasuke-Itachi tensions in Episode 84, this episode deepens their devastating encounter during the Search for Tsunade arc. It functions as a critical bridge, the emotional fallout here reshapes Sasuke's psychological state and directly fuels the decisions that define his character across the remaining 135 episodes. Everything that follows between these brothers traces back to what this episode lays bare.
