Now, Naruto training to get stronger, this episode shows a very detailed scene, though it can be skipped but it also good to watch if you want full idea of what his training would look like.

Sai trying to be nice and calling Sakura ugly while she was trying to help Naruto out was the funniest thing that happened during the whole mission

Asuma showing up to give Naruto advice on wind style was a great touch since we rarely see him do anything outside of his own team stuff

I was really impressed by how much of a monster Naruto is going to be now that he can cram years of practice into a few days with those clones

Kakashi really broke down the chakra nature and form changes, and seeing how intense it is to even *begin* crafting a technique like the Chidori just blew my mind; no wonder it's so rare. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how Naruto's shadow clone training is even possible, but I'm dying to see what kind of crazy new move he'll pull off with it next.

Kakashi using the shadow clones to speed up training is a total smart move and it makes so much sense since Naruto has a crazy amount of chakra to burn through

I thought it was so cool seeing the paper rip in half and finding out Naruto has wind chakra because it fits him perfectly and I want to see what he does with it

That paper test for chakra nature is such a smart way to explain things and it reminds me of other shows in a good way without being boring

I totally felt like Naruto having wind nature makes perfect sense with how energetic he is, always charging in, and seeing that paper get sliced right away was so cool, like yeah, that's my boy!

When that paper split clean, I genuinely gasped – I didn't think he'd get it so fast, even with Yamato's help. It just hit me that all his frustration with not being a genius like Sasuke or having a straightforward talent was finally paying off in his own way; I'm so excited to see what this means for him next.

I was seriously impressed with Kakashi's cleverness in episode 55, because he totally cooked up a training plan that only Naruto, with his insane amount of nine-tails chakra and countless clones, could even attempt. It just makes me wonder how much stronger Naruto's gonna get if he keeps using his unique abilities like this, you know?

I totally cracked up when Sakura almost punched Sai; honestly, he deserved it for being so blunt, but it also reminded me how much their team still needs to gel. It was a perfect little breather after all the serious chakra talk, and I kinda live for those moments where she just snaps.

I was so hyped to finally see Naruto figure out he has a wind nature, man, like, this is a real game-changer for him. It felt like forever watching him just spam those two same moves, so I'm honestly so relieved he's getting some new techniques under his belt, it's about time! I can't wait to see how this changes his fighting style for good.

Naruto finally getting that focused, personal training from Asuma for his wind chakra made me grin so hard, knowing my guy's really leveling up in a big way. It just felt like Asuma wasn't just teaching him a technique, but truly acknowledging Naruto's potential as a shinobi, something I always wished for him after all the hardship he's faced. I'm so hyped to see what he does with this new power.

Sai just casually calling Sakura ugly *again* genuinely made me laugh, like, is he seriously that socially unaware or is there some weird, twisted logic to his insults that I'm just not getting? Then Naruto totally blew my mind by using shadow clones to literally speedrun his training with Kakashi and Yamato; it's such a brilliant, Naruto-esque move, and I'm left wondering why he hadn't thought of applying that immense chakra to this kind of training before.

When Yamato finally showed off his Wood Style, combining earth and water like that, my mind was blown, like, this is how elemental jutsu really work?! It just makes me wonder what other crazy combos are out there that we haven't even seen yet.

Whoa, Naruto figuring out the shadow clone training hack like that for his wind style mastery totally blew my mind; it felt like such a genius move for him, honestly, showing he’s really leveling up his thinking beyond just brute force. I'm wondering if this means he’ll be inventing even more crazy ways to use his powers, because this is a game-changer for his growth.

Kakashi actually explaining the different elements with that litmus paper totally brought me back to the analytical vibe of the Chunin Exams, and I never realized how much I needed that clear breakdown of why some jutsu just work better. It really made me think about all the fights we’ve seen, connecting the dots on why certain matchups have always played out the way they did.

When that paper just sliced right down the middle, I literally gasped, like, wind chakra? It makes so much sense for Naruto's fighting style, especially with the Rasengan, and I'm already picturing him blowing enemies away and wondering if this means he'll finally get some long-range attacks.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following Episode 54's setup — where Naruto's nightmares and a promised training opportunity created forward momentum — Episode 55 delivers on that promise by formally beginning his Wind-style chakra development under Kakashi and Yamato. This is a pivotal canon episode that introduces elemental chakra mechanics central to Naruto's next major power evolution. It sets the stage for subsequent training episodes that will test his ability to master a personalized jutsu, building toward a significant combat upgrade.
