i seriously love getting these peeks into the akatsuki's past, seeing how itachi and the others convinced deidara and hidan to join totally made me see them in a new light—they felt way more like actual people than just evil bad guys. and honestly, i did not expect that hilarious, almost romantic moment between sasori and deidara; i'm still cracking up over sasori's blush, it was so out of character for him.
