Okay, so I totally get why folks might be annoyed we’re still on filler, but Itachi's backstory this episode really hit different. Seeing him so young, already grappling with war's darkness and talking with Orochimaru about life's meaning, just blew me away, like, he was burdened from birth. And honestly, Gaara finally getting a vision of a happy family, after everything he's been through, had me tearing up a little bit.
