Naruto just sitting there and not using Sage Mode against those nature energy guys is such a joke and it makes him look so weak for no reason

I am so tired of these fillers and it feels like we are never going to get back to the actual canon ending and seeing Sasuke leave the village again but with these weird changes just feels lazy, especially when Naruto could have used Sage Mode to end that fight in seconds, and I liked seeing Jiraiya again but even that can not save this episode

Why are Anko and Yugao even in the Foundation because that makes no sense at all and I hope there is some spy plot happening or this is just bad writing

I just wanted to see the war end and they give us this filler arc instead I actually miss Jiraiya but seeing him in this weird dream world feels so wrong when the real story is on hold

Seeing Kakashi look straight into those eyes makes you wonder if he forgot his own training because that is a mistake he would never make in the canon story

Kakashi, *the* Copy Ninja, actually fell for that super basic Sharingan illusion, and I just kept thinking, "Is he even trying anymore?" It really makes me wonder if these filler arcs are even wearing *him* down, because that was such a rookie mistake for someone who's faced so many Uchiha.

When Sasuke had that kunai to Itachi's throat and Naruto was reaching out, I felt this electric surge, like, *this* was the moment we've been waiting for all along. How did they fumble such an epic setup? My frustration just spiked watching everything just… collapse into an illogical mess.

Ugh, I'm seriously getting so tired of these filler episodes; it feels like they're just stretching things out forever, and I'm losing all the momentum from the actual story. I just want to get back to the good stuff, you know?

My mind genuinely wrestled with itself when Sasuke pulled that kunai on Itachi inside this never-ending filler, because a part of me wanted to feel the drama. But then I saw Naruto's desperate sprint to get to him, and it just made me resent how this fake-out cheapens the incredibly powerful, canon moments they've actually had.

I'm still scratching my head over Anko being in the Foundation, like, how did we even get here? It just feels so out of left field for her character, and honestly, it makes me think the writers just tossed a dart at a character board for this alternate timeline without much thought.

Sasuke's internal turmoil has never felt so real to me than in that new ending sequence; it was surprisingly poignant for a filler. I was totally absorbed by the visuals, making me really ponder if he can ever truly escape the shadows of his past and find some measure of peace.

Ugh, seeing Sasuke struggle like this really threw me off; it's so hard not to think about how much stronger he's supposed to get after the real timeskip, which just makes me wonder why he's so underpowered right now.

Jiraiya's appearance in this episode genuinely surprised me, pulling me right out of the usual filler slump I'd been feeling. It’s wild how his very presence elevates the stakes, making me almost forget that these moments might not even matter to the main story later on.

I was genuinely surprised to see Kakashi just stare Sasuke down like that; it felt so unlike the usually composed and tactical Kakashi I know, making me wonder if he was trying to convey something deeper or just momentarily stunned. He usually has a plan, so watching him just... react felt really off for him.

Ugh, another year, and seriously, I'm just so over all this filler. It feels like the actual story completely vanished, and I'm starting to wonder if we'll ever get back to the good stuff.

This dream world is seriously wearing on me, but then Jiraiya appeared and my jaw dropped. I can't help but think about how much Naruto has grown, and it makes me a little sad that sensei isn't there to actually see the Hokage he's becoming.

I actually felt a little sad watching Sasuke raise that kunai at Itachi, even knowing it was a symbolic gesture about his past. Naruto, bless his heart, just rushing in to try and give Sasuke a hand like he always does, it's just so him to never give up on his friend.

I'm surprised by how much I actually liked Thinking Dogs' new ending song; it really just clicked with me, perfectly capturing that bittersweet feeling of Sasuke always chasing something he can't quite grasp. It made me think about all the times he's been lost, and how this song almost feels like his personal theme.

Sasuke's brutal dismissal of Kakashi's efforts just makes me so disheartened; how can he act like their Team 7 bond means absolutely nothing to him after all they've faced? It truly makes me question if he even cares about his former teacher, or if he's just too consumed by his own mission to see straight.

I was actually pretty surprised by how much of a jerk Sasuke was in the police force; it really made me feel for Itachi, wondering if Sasuke always had that harshness in him, or if power just brings it out more.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Positioned deep into the final stretch at episode 444 of 500, this filler installment follows 'The Difference in Power,' which escalated internal village tensions, and directly leads into 'Pursuers,' continuing a narrative thread centered on defection and its consequences. It sits within a broader filler block that reimagines key character dynamics outside the main canon arc, bridging toward the series' endgame content.
