Yamato really pulled through with that Wood Style, didn't he? I seriously thought Naruto was a goner when the Nine-Tails started going wild, and seeing Yamato struggle so hard with powers he clearly inherited but isn't fully comfortable with made me feel a bit worried for him, even as he saved the day.
