I'm actually kinda glad we're getting this filler, even if the pacing is dragging a bit, because I always wondered how everyone actually became Chunin after all that chaos. Shino pulling bugs out of that mole was so gross but also really cool, and man, Kiba's determination to win really showed me how much he wanted to prove himself, just like he always does.
