Sasuke actually choosing to protect the Leaf, all because of Itachi's memory, really caught me off guard – I honestly didn't think he had it in him after all this time, but seeing him finally understand Itachi's true sacrifice felt like a massive turning point for his character. I just hope this change sticks and isn't another one of his back-and-forths.
