Okay, so I totally expected Tobi's mask to drop, but nothing could've prepared me for it actually being Obito, and my gut just twisted seeing Kakashi's realization. It must be absolutely agonizing for him, facing down his supposedly dead best friend, and I can't even imagine the pain of confronting all those past regrets right there on the battlefield.
