I couldn't believe it when that poor guy, brought back to life, had to learn his wife had already moved on and remarried; my heart went out to him, even while I found the whole scenario darkly funny. It's just so messed up for those reanimated shinobi, having their afterlives interrupted like that.

Temari just shutting down that confession from a literal corpse was exactly what you expect from her and the whole scene was hilarious

These reanimated shinobi just wanted to catch up on gossip and seeing that one ninja react to his wife moving on was weirdly wholesome for a filler episode

I usually skip the filler episodes during the war but this one was actually pretty funny and watching Kabuto fail so badly at picking powerful targets while he ended up with guys who just wanted to talk about their families made me laugh, and for me the highlight was the guy finding out his wife remarried because his reaction was so genuine and sad

I actually liked that guy getting rejected by Temari and her reaction was just so perfect for her character

I thought the Edo Tensei was only for legendary warriors but seeing these random guys fail their missions and argue with each other was a nice change of pace

Kabuto really brought back the weakest ninjas he could find, and seeing them just stand around complaining about their personal lives made the whole war feel weirdly human

I literally snorted when that guy found out his wife remarried and he was just so completely fine with it; my jaw dropped a little, like who just shrugs that off? I almost wish we'd gotten to see more of his reaction.

I can't believe Kabuto pulled that off so smoothly, those reanimated guys really seemed like mere distractions but he totally played everyone. My jaw dropped when he unveiled the Third Raikage, it just makes me wonder how many more aces he has up his sleeve.

How did a filler manage to make me feel so many conflicting things? When that reanimated guy discovered his wife had remarried, my heart genuinely ached for him for a split second, then I just burst out laughing at the absurdity. Kabuto's genius is twisted, strategically deploying these low-tier reanimations solely to lure out the heavy-hitters like the Third Raikage; I'm left pretty impressed by his cold calculations.

I'm so glad Shino is finally getting some actual screentime; his history with Torune definitely has me hopeful that this fight will be way more engaging than those silly filler reanimations we just sat through. I'm really curious to see how their past comes into play here.

Torune's poison bug ability was so cool, I just wish we actually got to see more of it in action. Honestly, his whole ninja Batman vibe and unique fighting style felt like such a missed chance to amp up the intensity of the fight, leaving me wanting so much more.

Okay, when those reanimated guys couldn't even land a hit, I couldn't help but crack up thinking about how much trouble Kabuto used to have with this jutsu. It's wild to me, remembering how pathetic he was at Edo Tensei back then, especially since he's such a big shot with it now; my jaw just dropped at the thought of him ever being that bad.

Okay, so I noticed the animation got a bit wonky here and there, which was kinda disappointing since I was hoping for some epic fight scenes. But man, the comedy with those failed summons and their incredibly awkward social interactions completely saved it for me; I couldn't help but wonder what kind of bizarre internal logic they were operating on.

I seriously laughed when Temari just shut down that guy who confessed his love right after being brought back to life; I mean, priorities, dude! It totally reaffirmed for me why she's one of the best Kunoichi out there and always so cool.

Okay, yeah, it's a filler, but I was genuinely surprised watching Kabuto really struggle with his jutsu and see how much effort he put in with Orochimaru. It totally made me rethink his whole journey and realize his power didn't just come out of nowhere, you know?

When that reanimated guy found out his wife had remarried, my jaw just dropped; talk about an emotional rollercoaster in the middle of a war, I felt genuinely bad for the dude even as it was kinda hilarious. Seriously, how do you even process coming back from the dead to *that* news?

Kabuto's grand Edo Tensei reveal was genuinely hilarious to me, because my brain was scrambling trying to understand why his supposedly fearsome zombies just kept getting pummeled or spilling their life stories. It was such a strange misfire, I couldn't help but crack up at the sheer absurdity of his "master plan" falling apart so quickly.

I gotta say, seeing Kabuto pull out those truly pathetic reanimations had me laughing, which felt so weird in the middle of this intense war. It was almost like a bizarre, twenty-minute comedy sketch that I didn't expect, and honestly, I was kind of surprised it was even enjoyable given everything else going on.

Temari just completely obliterating that sand ninja who was into her was classic, but honestly, I almost felt bad for the guy! Her bluntness is usually awesome, but watching him squirm made me wonder if she even realized how much she was hurting his feelings, even if it was hilarious.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 316 of 500, this filler lands squarely in the extended Fourth Great Ninja War stretch, following the reflective 'Lingering Snow' and preceding 'Shino vs. Torune!,' which pivots toward more personal one-on-one confrontations. It serves as a bridge episode, broadening the scope of the Allied Shinobi Forces' struggle against Kabuto's reanimation jutsu before the narrative narrows back to individual character battles.
