filler is exhausting but at least we got to see Shikamaru outsmart those four idiots again

Naruto falling out of the clouds felt like a total hero moment for my boy

Naruto dropped from the sky like a god and that giant Rasengan was actually insane to see

The way Naruto crashed through that barrier was wild, it actually made the whole episode feel important

I think seeing the Sound Four in that cage fight was the only part of this filler worth watching

I was seriously hoping for some real progress in the war, but man, this whole reanimated Sound Four thing felt like such a pointless detour. Like, come on, we’re in the middle of a massive war, did we really need this revenge plot adding to the interruptions?

My ears were ringing with silence during those huge fights, and honestly, it felt so weird that I thought my audio was bugging out. I was practically leaning forward, ready for some epic score to blast through and make those clashes hit harder, but instead, it just felt... empty, which really pulled me out of the moment.

Naruto just blasting through that barrier felt so weird to me, honestly; part of me was relieved to see him power through, but another part was super annoyed that all the prior build-up just got tossed aside for that, kinda killed the suspense and made me question the whole point.

The Sound Four showing up again definitely gave me a jolt of nostalgia, but then that whole barrier situation just felt like a quick way to keep everyone busy until Naruto swooped in. I was genuinely confused trying to understand how it worked, and honestly, it made Naruto’s entrance feel less earned because we all knew he'd break through eventually.

I'm honestly getting so tired of Naruto just swooping in to save the day after everyone else struggles for what feels like forever; it makes me wonder if they're trying to undercut the urgency of the war. That silent confrontation with the Sound Four was so jarring and anticlimactic, like seriously, where did all the budget for the music go for such a "big" moment? I just want them to get back to the actual war already, this filler is really dragging.

Having no soundtrack during those intense fights felt so jarring, I kept expecting the music to swell like it always does when Naruto or someone's about to unleash a big move. It totally pulled me out of the moment, and I just couldn't get into the action as much as I usually would, which was such a bummer for such pivotal scenes.

Ugh, I really felt like the Sound Four deserved a more impactful exit than that, especially after all they put everyone through. And honestly, Naruto just bursting through the barrier and winning felt way too convenient for me; it kind of cheapened their whole threat.

Ugh, I really felt like this episode was pure filler, especially with how wonky that barrier logic was. It just kinda threw me off, knowing none of this would actually matter for the war when there's so much else going on.

That fight, man, the sudden lack of music completely threw me for a loop; I kept waiting for the soundtrack to kick in and tell me how to feel. It just left this weird, echoing emptiness that made me wonder if the show didn't want me to fill in the dread myself.

Ugh, I was so ready for the war to pick up, but then Naruto just pops in to save the day again and it felt so out of place. It's really frustrating when they drop filler right in the middle of such a huge fight, it just kills the momentum for me.

When Naruto was struggling with that barrier and the reanimated souls, my mind was screaming for some epic music to kick in and raise the stakes. Seriously, I just kept waiting for it to happen, and when it never did, I felt a strange sense of deflation; it totally took away from what should've been a really tense and dramatic moment, leaving me oddly underwhelmed.

Why was the Sound Four fight just so quiet? I kept waiting for some iconic background music to kick in like it did back in the original, and without it, I felt completely ripped off – it totally deflated the intensity I was expecting from that rematch.

OMG, when Naruto just dropped out of the sky and shattered that barrier, I was completely floored! Like, I knew he was strong, but for him to just casually end the fight with the Sound Four in two seconds? It really makes you wonder just how much power he's got tucked away now.

Shikamaru absolutely blew me away by using their own hatred as a locator for Naruto to find that barrier; it's a testament to his genius that he can always flip the script like that. I swear, he's the strategic backbone of the whole team, and I often forget how much I count on his brainpower in the trickiest situations.

When the Sound Four showed up, I got a genuine jolt of "oh crap" nostalgia, remembering how much trouble they used to be for the Leaf Village. My excitement quickly fizzled though, because honestly, setting up that barrier felt like such a predictable move, and I was just waiting for Naruto to inevitably smash through it without much effort, kinda wishing they'd been more of a threat after all these years.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting deep within the Fourth Great Ninja War stretch, episode 305 continues a short filler detour that began with the Underworld Transfer Jutsu storyline trapping Leaf shinobi against the reanimated Sound Four. It directly follows the setup of that soul-trapping barrier and pushes toward resolution before the next episode, 'The Heart's Eye,' shifts focus to Hinata's perspective and inner journey.
