I was kind of bummed that these ninja mercenaries felt so much like a weaker Akatsuki, especially since I was hoping for something fresh from a filler arc. Still, seeing Tsunade and the Raikage interact really caught my attention; I'm always curious to see how the Kage handle things when they're not fighting.
