I was so sure Tsunade and Ay were just going to shut Naruto and Bee down completely, so watching the Slug Princess actually listen to Naruto’s argument about how much he’s grown really threw me for a loop. It felt like she finally saw him as more than just Jiraiya's student or a legacy, which honestly made me pretty happy for him.
