Chōza’s speech about Chōji being too kind really made me rethink him, because for so long I just saw him as the comic relief or the one who struggled with his weight, but his dad saw this deep strength in him. Seeing that kindness then lead to his powerful butterfly transformation felt so much more meaningful, like it was truly a part of his character all along.
