Shikamaru using his shadow to cover Ino right when she was doing her jutsu totally blew me away; that was such a brilliant tactical move that really saved their whole formation. It just cemented my belief that he's always five steps ahead in a fight, and watching him pull that off under pressure just makes me appreciate his genius even more.
