This war arc detour for a filler episode really had me rolling my eyes at first, but seeing Sakura interact with her parents actually surprised me with how much it deepened my understanding of her, making her feel less like a side character and more genuinely human. That switch to Naruto and Killer B playing tennis was such an abrupt and ridiculous burst of fun, it was the exact kind of goofy relief I needed after all that seriousness.
