The flashback with Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan broke my heart; seeing how genuinely hopeful they once were made their descent into the Akatsuki so much more tragic. I honestly felt a wave of relief when Konan called Naruto a flower of hope, like she was finally letting go of all that pain and passing on Jiraiya's dream directly to him after carrying that burden for so long.
