I was genuinely surprised to hear about Kushina having the Nine-Tails before Naruto; it really reframes so much of his early life, you know? Seeing him finally get that golden form, mastering the Kyuubi's power and even having that reunion without letting the hate consume him, just made me so proud of how far he's come after everything.
