I was kinda shocked when young Kakashi actually called Guy "scum" because that felt like such a harsh thing to say, especially for someone who's supposed to become his rival and not just a straight-up bully. It made me wonder if the writers were trying to show just how cold Kakashi was before Obito's influence, but it still felt out of character for even young him.
