Ugh, it seriously bugged me how Naruto was still treating Sai like he was just a placeholder for Sasuke, especially when Sai's out here putting in so much effort drawing those huge, happy murals of them all. I feel like Naruto should've recognized Sai's sincerity a bit more; it was pretty obvious Sai was genuinely trying to connect.
