I mean, Naruto jumping in like that to take on Sasuke himself, that was *huge* for him, it just shows how much he's grown, and man, my heart just absolutely broke for Sakura seeing her so shattered by what Sasuke has become. Hearing their powers clash like that really took me back to all their early training, and it's so frustrating to see them still stuck in this cycle, you know?
