seeing young kakashi in those flashbacks makes you realize how many people he probably helped without even knowing it

Episode Context

Episode 191 falls within a stretch of character-focused filler episodes, following 'Naruto and the Old Soldier' (Episode 190), which similarly explored an individual backstory outside the main plot. This episode continues that pattern by turning the lens on Kakashi before the series moves into 'Neji Chronicles,' maintaining the theme of fleshing out the supporting cast's personal histories between major canon arcs.
