I seriously felt my stomach churn listening to Pain try to justify all that suffering as a path to peace; it's so messed up, but a part of me kinda gets how he ended up thinking that way, which is honestly the most terrifying part. It just makes you wonder if there's ever an end to this cycle of hatred everyone's caught in.
