I'm seriously grappling with how much Pain's talk about hatred made me pause, because even though his methods are monstrous, a dark part of me understood his twisted logic. It's frustrating to admit, but seeing the endless conflict in their world, I can almost get why he'd want to just obliterate everything and start over.
