Utakata really surprised me, 'cause while he acts all distant with Hotaru, I'm starting to think it's more about protecting her from his past than just being cold. His master's story is getting surprisingly dark, making me wonder if he ever truly recovered from whatever trauma went down, and if that's why he pushes people away.
