I can't believe Minato actually named Naruto after a character in Jiraiya's goofy book; it just blows my mind thinking about how much respect he must've had for his sensei. It really makes me wonder if Jiraiya ever knew the full extent of his influence on them, especially since he carried that legacy without even knowing for so long.
