The animation on the mini Three Tails looked way better than typical filler and that part where they kept attacking actually looked good

The logic of Yukimaru surviving in that crystal without any air makes zero sense and it is definitely one of those anime things you just ignore

The sight of the Nine Tails chakra coming out still gives me chills because it looks so scary even when Naruto is trying to be a hero

It is weird seeing Guren and Naruto work together, but their teamwork against those little clones was actually pretty fun to watch.

Watching Naruto and Guren stuck in the beast together was a cool twist and I liked seeing them forced to help each other

That quote about home being where people think of you was such a classic Naruto moment and it really fit the mood for Guren and Yukimaru

I actually cracked up watching Naruto and Guren trapped in that stomach; seeing them reluctantly team up against those bizarre mini clones was totally unexpected, and I really thought it showed a new side to Guren, even if she's still an antagonist.

I thought the whole search for Naruto with Kakashi's group felt a little slow, like it was just filler until something actually happened. But man, seeing Shino totally lose his bugs really caught me off guard, he's always so composed and that vulnerability actually made me pretty worried for him.

Naruto not attacking Guren when they're stuck together was so classic, I actually grinned seeing how consistent he is with his ninja way, even when he's bickering with someone like her. It just reminds me that even in a tense spot, his moral compass always points true.

I seriously felt bad for Guren after learning about her past with the red camellias; it's so tragic how it connects to Yukimaru. I'm just bracing myself for when he inevitably finds out the truth, because I can't imagine how heartbroken he's going to be knowing what she did.

Shino's whole strategy relies on those insects, so seeing them get messed up by the Three-Tails totally shocked me – I just don't know how he's gonna fight now. It really makes me nervous about their chances, especially knowing how critical he usually is to the team's success in tough spots.

Naruto’s choice not to attack Guren when she was vulnerable really got to me; it wasn’t just about winning the fight for him, but about reaching out even to his enemies, which is such a core part of who he is. I kept thinking back to how he always tries to understand people, even the ones who hurt him, and that conviction just makes me root for him even more.

I'm genuinely impressed and kinda creeped out by how Kabuto is still pulling all the strings from the shadows; it makes me wonder if he was always this capable, just waiting for Orochimaru to be out of the picture to truly shine with his own brand of evil. I didn't expect him to stay so relevant, but he's really made himself a threat.

I was actually pretty invested in Guren's backstory this episode, especially how the red camellias tied into Yukimaru and his mom – it really made her internal struggle feel genuine, even for a filler arc. And then Naruto, man, him refusing to finish her off just solidified for me that he truly walks a different path than most shinobi, always trying to understand before striking down.

Shino's usually reliable bugs totally fizzling against the Three-Tails was such a shocker for me; it just felt so out of character for him to be so completely stumped. I bet he was kicking himself internally, feeling like he let everyone down even though that thing was clearly on another level entirely.

Why does Kabuto always have to be such a snake, manipulating everyone around him? I'm honestly so over his drawn-out schemes, and it makes me wonder if he even *has* an end game or if he just loves messing with people for the sake of it, ugh.

When Guren finally put together that it was her who killed Yukimaru's mom after seeing those camellias, my gut twisted for her, realizing the heavy irony of her situation. It's tough watching her grapple with that truth, and I can't help but feel a flicker of sympathy despite everything she's done.

I was so annoyed when Renji tried to act like Guren was the one who called him, just to save his own skin! It felt incredibly sneaky, and honestly, it makes me wonder how far he'd go to protect himself, no matter who he has to throw under the bus.

I seriously can't believe how intense that Three-Tails sequence was, especially for a filler! I was on the edge of my seat watching it try to drown everyone, and then to have Naruto just *stuck* inside its stomach with an enemy? That's such a classic Naruto move, always getting into the craziest situations.

Guren actually fighting alongside Naruto is still blowing my mind; I never thought I'd see that. My fingers are crossed this big collaboration jutsu they've been teasing is truly something legendary, since it's going to need a seriously epic payoff to justify such a wild team-up after everything.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Picking up directly after the events of episode 106, where Naruto and Guren were swallowed by the Three-Tails, this episode focuses entirely on the fallout of that cliffhanger and their forced alliance inside the beast. It serves as a bridge within the filler Three-Tails arc, developing the Naruto-Guren dynamic before the next episode shifts focus back to the rescue efforts and the broader mission to deal with the Three-Tails threat. As a mid-arc filler installment around episode 107 of 500, it's deep in non-canon territory between major Shippuden storylines.
