Watching Shizune lead a sealing team with Sakura and Ino feels like a huge waste of chakra and Hinata is the only one who actually seems useful for this kind of high level jutsu

Yukimaru asking Guren to fix the old crystal instead of getting a new one was actually sweet for a filler arc

Tenten calling her own group the rejects was the funniest part of the whole strategy meeting and Yamato looked so disappointed to be stuck leading that random bunch of ninja

I wanted to punch Kabuto so bad when he hit Yukimaru and I felt so much better when he got cut for it

Kabuto is such a jerk for hitting Yukimaru and it was so satisfying to see Guren step in and shut him down before he could do any more damage to that poor kid

The internal drama with Renji acting as a spy for Kabuto adds a cool layer to the villain group and it shows how everyone under Orochimaru is just looking out for themselves

You can really tell Kakashi is just as tired of these slow filler missions as the rest of us and the pacing is dragging so much that I might just skip to the actual fights

Sakura and Ino are back to their old petty arguments and it feels like the early days of the show all over again though Sai getting punched for taking notes made the whole scene worth it

I loved seeing Guren stand up to Kabuto after he slapped Yukimaru because that kid deserves way better than being treated like some tool for Orochimaru and his creepy experiments

Seeing Naruto relate to Yukimaru because of their shared loneliness is always a gut punch, but the constant bickering between Sakura and Ino is starting to get a little old for me.

I genuinely got so heated when Kabuto just cold-cocked Yukimaru out of nowhere; it’s obvious Guren was internally wrestling with her feelings, making me wonder if this is the final push she needs to ditch Orochimaru for good. Seeing Naruto still trying to offer a place for a kid like that, even in what feels like a side mission, just makes me remember why I always root for him and his endless empathy.

My favorite thing about the Three Tails arc so far is how much Guren has changed and seeing her protect Yukimaru from Kabuto makes me think she might actually be a good person underneath

Whoa, when that Three-Tails just emerged from the depths, my jaw totally dropped; I honestly didn't expect to feel such a visceral shiver seeing something so massive and ancient just lurking there. It made me wonder how on earth anyone would even begin to try and contain a beast of that scale, and what kind of absolute chaos it's gonna unleash.

When Tsunade pulled that move to send the Three-Tails into another dimension, I was genuinely surprised by her quick thinking, that was some next-level strategy. Yet, it was so infuriating to see the sealing team constantly bickering and screwing up, making me wonder if they even understood how critical it was to get their act together.

This filler arc is actually pretty solid, but man, I'm getting so tired of Sakura and Ino's constant bickering, it's just distracting. That moment with Guren fixing the flower for Yukimaru was genuinely sweet though, and it's making me wonder if her caring for him means she'll actually betray Orochimaru to keep the kid safe from Kabuto. I hope she does, it would be awesome to see her really choose him.

I'm really starting to see Guren come around, and honestly, it's a breath of fresh air. It makes me wonder if she'll actually switch sides for good, considering how much more conflicted she seems compared to all those other one-dimensional bad guys we've been dealing with lately.

Naruto's almost instant connection with Yukimaru surprised me a lot; I felt like he genuinely saw a piece of his younger, lost self in that kid. And when he made that promise to save him, I knew right away it wasn't just talk, which really highlighted for me just how unwavering Naruto's resolve can be when he sees someone suffering.

Ugh, I seriously can't stand Renji right now, spying on Guren like that when she's finally trying to do something good, especially with Yukimaru. I'm just praying she catches him before he screws up all her efforts to protect that boy.

I was so relieved to see Kakashi and Naruto working together to find Yukimaru before the Three-Tails wakes up; it actually made me hopeful for this arc, knowing those two are on the case. It just feels like they can handle anything when they're a team, and that's exactly what this situation needed.

That constant back-and-forth between Sakura and Ino during the sealing mission had me so antsy. Seriously, I was just thinking, 'can these two *please* just put their rivalry aside for five minutes?' It really made the whole critical task feel like it was dragging on forever, and I honestly questioned if they’d ever truly move past their childish squabbles for the sake of the team.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off 'Everyone's Feelings,' where Naruto's confrontation with Guren revealed the stakes surrounding Yūkimaru and the Three-Tails, 'Regroup!' shifts gears into preparation mode as the Leaf Village organizes a coordinated sealing operation. This episode is part of the filler Three-Tails arc and serves as connective tissue between the initial conflict and the actual sealing attempt. It directly sets the stage for 'The Four-Corner Sealing Barrier,' where those carefully laid plans will be put to the test.
