Guren having character development that is very interesting, knowing she is Orochimaru's potential vessel

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 100 of 500, this filler installment follows the chaos of the Three-Tails' rampage, shifting from large-scale destruction to a more contained, psychological scenario as the team contends with the disorienting mist surrounding a mysterious lake. It bridges the gap toward the next episode, 'Everyone's Feelings,' where character motivations and shifting alliances take center stage. Skippable for canon-only viewers, but it adds texture to the team dynamics during this stretch of filler content.
