Those holographic Akatsuki projections were so creepy, but seeing Gaara's soul literally pulled from his body by Deidara's weird dragons left me feeling super anxious, like, how are they even going to stop this? I'd completely forgotten the depth of Chiyo's grudge against the Leaf Village, which made her sneak attack on Kakashi a genuine gut punch for me; I did not see that coming.
