Narenare -Cheer for You!-

Synopsis
In any competitive cheerleading contest, it is almost certain that Kanata Misora is going to be the star of the show. As a member of the winning squad in Japan's middle school cheerleading nationals, she joins Takanozaki Prefectural High School with her friend Megumi Kaionji intending to seek glory once more. However, following an incident at a competition, she loses touch with her talents and never returns to the club for practice. While despondent, Kanata ends up spotting internet sensation Suzuha Obunai parkouring with an impressive level of athleticism and ends up befriending her in the process. Through Suzuha, Kanata meets Anna Aveiro and Nodoka Ootani, as well as Suzuha's classmate Tanizaki Shion—each carrying their own talents that apply to competitive cheerleading. Gathering through sheer coincidence, the six girls now work together and cheer each other on to chase their unique dreams.

Definitely not the stereotypical ending I was expecting but an overall good conclusion. Started off as individuals, became a group and went back to being different individuals lol, how cool is that?
The way that the lesson the learnt in the previous episode stuck is really good as they apply it to this episode too and they delegate a lot better.
I'm glad to see how their conflict was resolved and how they remembered the reason they started. And they're handling things their way!!
I was kind of predicting a rift to grow between them at some point, but the way it was al resolved was absolutely phenomenal!
Stuff has gotten REAL; the team is feeling the pressure, they're exhausted, and the joy and fun from the previous episodes is being stripped. Really interesting!!
I found this episode pretty light and amusing. It really does remind you that the characters are high school girls with their differences. As they are still trying to figure stuff out and how to make things work.
What a great way to slow things down, and a wholesome episode for the group of friends. I can never hate these kinds of episodes.
As the girls were having mixed feelings about overstepping in midst of the situation, I started to feel as though the solution was oversimplified, and agreed with the overstepping part because they aren't really all that familiar with the situation and the people involved.
I'm not gonna lie, I was not expecting the focus of the episode to shift towards Anna. I love how we were able to get to know more of her personal life, rather than just her social-media-loving side.
What a shock, when it was revealed that Suzuha is more of a social awkward type rather than a nonchalant, cold person. What a refreshing perspective of the character.
This episode was more slow paced, which I really enjoyed, I found it soothing. And got to see everyone's different personalities and energies come to light.
The anime is introduced so well. The art style is adorable and beautiful, and really fitting as the anime seems so fun and revolves around teens!!
The debut of Narenare - Cheer for You! is pure energy and color. P.A. Works shines with beautiful animation that feels incredibly alive. Kanata's conflict hooks you instantly, and the main cast promises a great journey of self-improvement. A bright, joyful start!
A great series overall for a niche slice-of-life anime mixed with a bit of sports drama and school life and a great focus on bonds and group chemistry along with personal growth.
A focus on a senior member of the Hawks having a similar situation to Kanata's grew into resentment due to how Kanata overcame hers while she seems to still be stuck in the dumps and her redemption for her actions.
Kanata decides to expand her repertoire by enlisting the help of a cheerleading squad member, but not without its challenges.
A rift is growing due to Kanata and Megumi's disagreements but it is resolved itself in such a heartwarming way at the end and Kanata redeems herself to the group.
Kanata decides to help out other people even if the PoMPoMs aren't able to due to her similar situation before, which is great but she's overworking herself while Megumi is frustrated with her current situation in the group.
A nice cheering match between PoMPoMs and the Eagles against the Hawks, showing how cheering can really change a sports game, whether by giving the players a morale boost or encouraging them in a high-pressure situation.
A rather slow paced episode but with great moments that highlights Obunai's insecurities and Megumi's determination to become a cheerleader again.
