Episode Context

As episode 1 of 47, this is pure foundation, establishing the two Nanas as individuals before their lives become inseparable. Everything the series builds toward in romance, heartbreak, and identity starts with the emotional groundwork laid here. The serendipitous connection teased in this premiere becomes the show's central relationship and its most powerful narrative engine.
