Episode Context

This is the series opener, nothing precedes it. Episode 1 lays the essential groundwork for everything that follows: Najica's dual life, her affiliation with CRI's Intelligence Bureau, and the circumstances that will define the show's central dynamic. The character she encounters here sets the stage directly for Episode 2, 'A Pretty Partner with a Gun in Her Hands,' where the partnership that drives the remaining eleven episodes officially begins.
