As we go deeper to the anime and slowly get to know our character, they showed multiple flashbacks of our characters' first interactions which for me is great pacing. The hinting of a new shipping was also a great addition for spice and I like the slow progress of the romance of Shiori and Shinozaki.
This episode has many adorable moments when senpai anxiously gives an intimidating stare toward her kohai, and Shinozaki also becomes nervous and completely clueless. The relationship between the two develops as a slow burn romance, making their interactions feel cute.
I just love this kind of environment in the workplace. Supportive manager and colleague, Hayakawa and Shinozaki had been friend for a long time but never have romantic interest between each other. Can't believe this kind of thing can happened.
