For me, nothing much happened in this episode. I only liked how analytical the characters are when it comes to solving and solutions. It was a fine episode because there are characters shown that are interesting. I’d rate this 8/10, a wholesome episode.

It’s one of those episodes that feels too short. Even though the protagonist’s somewhat twisted yet effective ways of solving problems are part of the anime's appeal, Yukino plays a very minor role in this episode, which means we don’t see the usual tension Hachiman-Yukino.

In this episode we find out why Hachiman missed the first day of high school, and I find it funny that he blames that for being a loner. No others characters got much development though. Still would recommend watching this one for Saika and Hachiman's interactions.
