That convenience store moment is so Hachiman, awkward deflection instead of honesty. It’s funny but also kinda sad.
This episode really captures that awkward Kyoto trip energy. Hachiman is back to his usual self sacrificing tactics, and honestly, it’s both painful and impressive to watch.
Well, this episode was more engaging than the previous! The pacing in the first half was kind of "relaxed" while it ended in tense. And that unexpected move from Hikigaya was really brave! ⚡. The animation was standout in this episode!
