The episode transitions from the external conflict of the Prom's cancellation to the internal conflict. A dose of much needed perspective pushes Hachiman to act on his feelings rather than logic.
From my perspective it seems like another ship has been sunk 🤔. They are still aren't out of fire but it felt like they have a chance in having the prom go through. I am now curious how will the studio adapt the next story and hopefully they won't skip out some stuff. P.S. If It was me that was asked by Hiratsuka, I would immediately shout "HAI, YOROKONDE!" and follow it up by "IMA SUGU!" 🫡😉
hachiman’s thoughts feel louder than the room itself, faint outside noise leaks in while he sits still, every small choice starts to weigh more, nothing explosive but it cuts deeper the longer it lingers, worth watching if you’re locked into his perspective
