The flashback to that place was a nice touch. That meeting scene with the dark, bright background and thunder effects looked cool, and the emotional tone definitely landed well. It's actually been holding up pretty okay leading into the finale.

So I guess we can confirm that the production of this show was a complete mess? Even the last minute dramatic moments fell flat because of how forced they seemed to be. And to be honest, that "twist" I kind of saw that coming a mile away even before the reveal. This final episode looks and feels like an act of desperation. Also, I just realized that the title of the series was largely misleading, very little about writing was discussed in this show and it's more concerned with snaring its target audience with fanservice more than anything else. I can't even recommend this to avid fans of this genre, hard pass.
