My Sexual Harassment
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Newly employed at a Tokyo computer firm, young and ambitious Junya Mochizuki quickly learns that climbing the corporate ladder comes with expectations nobody put in the job description. His boss, Honma, makes it clear early on that Mochizuki's looks and willingness to play along are assets — and before long, Mochizuki finds himself navigating a world where business deals and personal boundaries collapse into each other in deeply uncomfortable ways. This 3-episode OVA from 1994 doesn't really romanticize what's happening. The power dynamics are front and center — manipulation, coercion, and the way ambition can be weaponized against someone. There's a colleague, Fujita, whose feelings for Mochizuki feel genuinely different from everyone else's motives, which gives the series a thread of emotional complexity underneath the darker material. Don't go in expecting something warm. The character designs come from Kazuma Kodaka, which gives it a polished look for its era. If you've watched Ai no Kusabi or Okane ga Nai and you're drawn to yaoi that leans into uncomfortable power imbalances rather than softening them, this sits in similar territory. It's one of the earlier OVAs in the genre that actually engages with corporate culture as its backdrop rather than just using office aesthetics for set dressing. It's a short watch — three episodes — and it's explicit, so know what you're signing up for. But if morally complex dynamics in workplace settings are your thing, it's worth knowing this one exists.
