While the comedic dynamic gets a fun shot of adrenaline by adding a new, slightly unhinged personality to the household, the story structure itself doesn't move. It is an entertaining, lighthearted slice-of-life segment that prefers to coast on its character archetypes rather than building a genuine overarching plot.

The appearance of a new character was great breath of fresh air. I noticed a bunch of inconsistencies like Sophie's party being deemed unable to return despite only a departing a few moments ago and Sophie getting drenched despite getting rescued before being eaten. The tavern scene where there was a grown man with a cute voice was so funny. They have the right ideas about the plots and humor but the execution sucks and feels underwhelming.

The appearance of Sophie could spice up the story of this anime, her character and antics are entertaining. The art have been inconsistent, changing from the usual to improved version but sadly the animation is still the same.
