The episode keeps a brisk, punchy pace. We jump seamlessly from Asahi attempting a solo mushroom-gathering quest to a massive boss encounter, a destructive forest-levelling fight, and a quick resolution where the antagonist is spared. Still light on depth, but entertaining if you enjoy absurd parody humour.
Great episode and a great episode to relax and past the time without thinking much. I love that they already added a somewhat strong character to contest the op Maya that avoids the often boring route of an anime with too op character.
It's good that there's a homage at the start of the episode but that's the only good point of this episode. It feels like I'm watching an anime made in late 2000's and I do apologize if I have insulted any good anime in that year, even watching it in 1080P is very painful. As for the story, if this was some other anime Kilmaria and Maya would have met much later seeing that they are pretty much the same.
