It was actually pretty sad seeing how much pressure Yaeko is under at home and Arisa finding her in the secret passage felt very grounded. The way they bonded over cookies and the struggle of being a perfect noble daughter made Yaeko seem way more sympathetic than when she was just being a brat about the coffee or the jam jar
