I honestly don't get why they say Pop singing isn't great because damn did she pop off! The performance was incredible! It reminds me so much of Jirou's performance. This episode was the best one for me, the performance, fight scene and the heartbreaking scene between Knuckle and his daughter was great! The animation most definitely went all out this episode.

Leveled up from previous episodes. The superhero theme shifts toward idol, music, and concert fans, with some family elements, but it still adds to the episode in its own way. Overall, a solid episode.

Yeah this was really good. The buildup pays off and it feels worth it. One of my favorites so far.

I really liked this episode. Realizing that everything was happening at the same time left me impressed with how well they delivered it. It wasn’t confusing at all, and instead, it perfectly captured the overall ambiance and storytelling style that this anime has been building up

This was such a good episode. I liked how something wholesome and happy was happening alongside something conflicted and hectic, creating a strong emotional contrast throughout the episode.

The pacing was really well done, as well as the transitions between the different emotions this episode presented. It was a great mix of tension and wholesomeness, giving us two perspectives of what was happening and making the storytelling feel more layered and engaging.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 12 serves as the climactic payoff to escalating tensions from Episode 11, driving personal conflicts to a breaking point—particularly for Knuckleduster, whose arc reaches its emotional peak here. As the penultimate episode of a 13-episode season, it functions as the true dramatic climax, resolving character-level stakes while positioning the finale to address the broader consequences of the vigilantes' actions. Everything the season has built toward converges in this episode before the final chapter closes it out.
